RETURNS + EXCHANGES
In order to organise a return under these terms and conditions, you must notify us via the Contact Form within 30 days of taking delivery of your product and request a return under this Policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, along with all included accessories, and must not be damaged in any way, so we can sell them as brand new product. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Warranty
Bitty Boomers warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and conditions, for a period of 1 year from the date of original purchase. Should service be required by reason of any defect or malfunction, it is best to first return this product and all parts thereof to the store where it was originally purchased. If you need to send the product for service during the warranty period, Bitty Boomers will repair or, at its discretion, replace this product without charge. This decision is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction upon delivery of this product to the Returns Department.

Power on your Bitty Boomer, then go to settings on your phone.

Click on Bluetooth and wait for “Bitty Boomer” to show in the menu.

You will hear a little digital alert sound when you’ve successfully synced to your device.
We don’t suggest taking your Bitty Boomer for a swim. Our wireless Bluetooth speakers are not waterproof.Even Ariel.
Because of the rounded shape, it may appear the charging cable does not fully fit. It can be difficult to insert the charging cable due to rounded shape, try flipping the cord upside down to align ports. Here’s a quick video tutorial to help you troubleshoot. If it still isn’t charging please go to the help centre through link below and write us a message.
A flashing light on the bottom of the Bitty Boomer could be an indication of low battery. Try fully charging and see if that helps. If your model has a ring of light around the base, that light is not able to turn off and will shine while playing. Some models have a light that flashes during use, dancing along to the music. And when the music stops, it will turn solid.
Some apps such as TikTok and Instagram can be set to automatically mute videos as a default setting. If your Bitty Boomer is playing music from some apps but not all, try tapping or unmuting the video/song in the app and see if that works! This default setting can be adjusted in your app directly.
